Our workshops are designed to stimulate, to develop and to explore the varied aspects of dance and choreographic techniques using classical and contemporary ballet. Students observe, participate and interact in this inclusive process, to look at popular culture and present story-telling through dance.
Workshops take place over a period of several months or can be for an intensive 'one-off' hour, and be tailored to suit a wide age range. They provide a useful tool to complement and enhance areas within the school curriculum, give insight into the life of a ballet dancer, or they can be used to stimulate and enhance the creative process for dance students.
Workshops can be utilised to nurture life skills, provide insight into the creative performing arts, foster social interaction, capture the imagination, and spread the joy, the discipline, and the traditions of dance to the next generation.
